Silent Hill Townfall will launch as a PlayStation console exclusive, according to information listed on the game’s official website. The psychological survival horror title is set to release on PlayStation 5 and Windows PC, with no other console platforms announced at this stage. The listing indicates that while the game will also arrive on PC, its console debut will be limited to PlayStation at launch.
Developed by Screen Burn Interactive, formerly known as No Code, and co-published by Konami and Annapurna Interactive, Silent Hill Townfall is part of the broader Silent Hill anthology. The project was featured in a detailed gameplay reveal during the February 12, 2026, State of Play presentation. It is currently scheduled for a worldwide release in late 2026.
The game follows Simon Ordell, who is called back to the island of St. Amelia to put things right. He awakens with little more than his clothes, an IV bag, and a medical wristband bearing his name. With no clear guidance other than voices emanating from a CRTV device he finds along the way, Simon ventures into a town shrouded in heavy fog. Though it appears abandoned, it is not entirely at rest.
As Simon explores deeper into St. Amelia, he begins to uncover fragments of his past and piece together his connection to the island and its inhabitants. The narrative unfolds through atmospheric exploration and puzzle-solving, with gameplay presented from a first-person perspective. The CRTV pocket television device plays a central role, helping detect supernatural threats and interpret environmental signals.
