Slay the Spire Beta Patch v0.100.0 Notes Released

Mega Crit has rolled out beta patch v0.100.0 for Slay the Spire, delivering a substantial balance overhaul aimed at reducing infinite strategies and refining overall gameplay systems. The update also introduces Phobia Mode, offering alternative visuals designed to address common player sensitivities.

Alongside gameplay adjustments, the patch expands content with new relics, blessings, and visual upgrades, while addressing numerous bugs, crashes, and multiplayer issues. It is a comprehensive update that touches nearly every aspect of the experience.

New Features and Content

  • Introduced Phobia Mode with custom visuals to reduce phobia-related triggers
  • Added Deprecated Card placeholder for removed cards in active runs

  • Adjusted upgrade effects and scaling for several abilities

  • Nerfed Hotfix with added Exhaust mechanic
  • Buffed Rocket Punch with improved cost reduction duration

Colorless Cards

This beta update, version v0.100.0, is currently available on the beta branch and will be released to the main branch at a later time. Slay the Spire 2 is scheduled to enter Early Access on PC via Steam in late 2025, with planned releases on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch to follow.
