Splatoon Raiders has reportedly been rated by PEGI, though the classification is not yet publicly listed on the official website. The discovery was first noted by a user on X, who claimed the rating appeared as part of a recent update.

According to Nintendo, the game has been assigned a PEGI 7 rating. Under PEGI guidelines, this category applies to titles that may include scenes or sounds that could be slightly frightening for younger children, along with very mild forms of non-detailed or unrealistic violence.

While the rating has not been fully published through PEGI’s official channels, its presence suggests that development may be progressing toward release. Age classifications are typically issued closer to launch, though no release date has been confirmed at this time.

Splatoon Raiders is an upcoming action-adventure spin-off in the Splatoon series, developed by Nintendo EPD and published by Nintendo. The game is planned as a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive and shifts away from the series’ traditional competitive format. Instead, it follows a mechanic character alongside Deep Cut as they explore unknown regions, blending exploration with the franchise’s established ink-based movement systems.
