The latest patch for Stellar Blade (version 1.009.002) is all about making the game better for players by fixing important bugs and improving stability. Now, Photo Mode runs smoother without crashes or weird visual effects, and main quest progression and collaboration items are protected from unexpected issues.
They also fixed a problem with the selfie camera near Altes Levoire, so gameplay stays smooth.
Patch Notes for Stellar Blade Update 1.009.002
Photo Mode Fixes:
- Resolved an issue causing intermittent crashes while using Photo Mode.
- Fixed a bug that forced the film grain effect to be applied in Photo Mode when playing in Xion.
Main Quest and Gameplay Adjustments:
- Addressed an intermittent issue where Main Quest progression was blocked after completing Photo challenge requests.
Appearance and Item Fixes:
- Resolved a bug where Nier: Automata collaboration appearance items disappeared after changing difficulty when saved at camp while wearing them.
Selfie Camera Issue:
- Fixed an issue where the selfie camera item could not be used after riding the elevator near Altes Levoire in the Wasteland.
Stellar Blade keeps players hooked with its dynamic combat and immersive story. The game is available for PS5. Shift Up developed it and published it on PS5. The developers have confirmed that they are currently working on a PC version.
