Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Pre-Load Date & Download Size Revealed

The download size and digital pre-load date for Warner Bros Games and Rocksteady Studios’ upcoming action shooter, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, have been revealed.

PlayStationSize on Twitter has revealed the pre-load date and download size for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, courtesy of recent database entries made to PlayStation servers. The Batman: Arkham series spin-off will take up a decent amount of storage space on PS5. Those with limited available space on the internal storage drive are advised to clear up some space in advance. It goes without saying that internal SSD expansion options are available for those who need them.

The download size and currently available update version for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S can be seen below.

As seen above, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League weighs in at 45.207 GB on PS5, and will, therefore, require plenty of space for installation.

Pre-load Date

The pre-load will come with the latest update i.e. version 1.003.000, pre-installed for those who pre-ordered a digital copy of the game, though a day one update may be rolled out closer to release on February 2, 2024. Meanwhile, those who purchased the game on disc will need to download the update.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a spin-off based on the Batman: Arkham series. Serving as a sequel to Batman: Arkham Knight (2015), the game focuses on the DC Comics team named Suicide Squad. The storyline follows four supervillains – Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and King Shark – who are enlisted by Amanda Waller to thwart the alien invader Brainiac and eliminate the Justice League members under his influence in Metropolis. The game offers an open-world design, allowing players to freely explore Metropolis either solo or cooperatively. It is set for release on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S.
