Super Mario Galaxy 1+2 is available now as a two-game collection for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Released on October 2, 2025, this marks the first time Super Mario Galaxy 2 has been officially available on the console. Unlike the limited-time Super Mario 3D All-Stars collection, this version is permanently available on the eShop, featuring updated HD visuals, Joy-Con-based controls, and additional features such as Assist Mode and an expanded chapter to Rosalina’s storybook.
