Nintendo has released a new patch for Super Mario Party Jamboree, version 2.1.0, introducing key updates that enhance compatibility with the Nintendo Switch 2 and fix several gameplay issues. This update officially adds support for the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and addresses progression-blocking bugs affecting both the original Nintendo Switch and the new hardware.
Players on the Nintendo Switch 2 will benefit from fixes that resolve issues with rule explanations, camera connections, video skipping, and CPU behavior in specific minigames. Online play has also received attention with stability improvements. Similarly, the update on the original Nintendo Switch corrects problems related to minigame replays, CPU movements, and stamp usage during Mario Party sessions.
These fixes aim to enhance the overall gameplay experience ahead of the release of Super Mario Party Jamboree: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV on July 24, 2025.
