Patch 1.0.5 delivers a broad set of fixes and quality of life improvements, targeting crashes, softlocks, and long-standing progression issues. The update also introduces a new buildable structure, the Shrouded Wind Turbine, alongside refinements to asteroids, landers, trains, and underground systems.
Beyond technical stability, the patch includes extensive political, balance, and interface adjustments. Many systems have been tuned for better clarity and consistency, with several changes aimed at smoothing early and mid-game progression.

- Fixed train tracks failing to transfer power when built in a specific order

- Reduced the number of resource deposits on asteroids while increasing resource quantity per deposit
- Fixed Asteroid Lander landing sites remaining reserved after canceling auto mode
- Tweaked asteroid map generation to provide more landing spots in some cases, affecting new asteroid maps only
- Enabled landers to clear small debris such as rocks when landing
