Tekken 8 Update Version 2.09.00 prepares the game for the launch of Season 3, introducing support for the Season 3 Pass, new Tekken Shop content, and the start of the 2nd Anniversary Campaign. The update is accompanied by scheduled server maintenance, during which all online features will be unavailable.
While no battle balance changes are included in this version, the update impacts replay functionality and adds limited bug fixes. Bandai Namco has confirmed that a major gameplay update is planned for Version 3.00, scheduled for March 17, 2026.
