Naughty Dog and Nixxes Software have released a new hotfix 1.1 for the PC version of The Last of Us Part II Remastered, targeting key technical improvements for players using specific hardware configurations or cloud-based storage setups. Patch 1.1.10411.0746, now live on PC, focuses primarily on improving autosave reliability and performance optimization related to Resizable BAR.
For users whose Windows Documents folder is synced with cloud services such as OneDrive, this hotfix refines the game’s autosave functionality to avoid interruptions or issues related to file synchronization. In addition, this update brings enhancements to how the game utilizes Resizable BAR (ReBAR), a feature available on many modern GPUs that allows for more efficient memory access. These changes can lead to performance gains when ReBAR is enabled, helping improve frame pacing and stability.
Naughty Dog and Nixxes have affirmed their continued commitment to post-launch support. They are actively monitoring player feedback and crash reports and plan to release further patches that will include additional fixes and optimizations for the PC version.
