The Outlast Trials Season 5 update, titled Project Messiah, introduces a major wave of new content headlined by Sister Liliya Bogomolova as the latest Prime Asset. Players can explore a new Trial environment, The Resort, take on fresh MK-Challenges, and experience a new Trial centered around high-risk sabotage and survival.
Alongside new content, this update expands live service features with limited-time events, new catalogs, Invasion mode overhauls, and meaningful balance changes for both Reagents and Imposters. A wide range of system improvements, quality-of-life updates, and fixes round out one of the largest updates released for the game so far.
