Titan Quest II has received its first major Early Access update, introducing the Northern Beaches chapter. Players can now explore new mythic coasts filled with fresh quests, bosses, and a final showdown against the Ichtians. Alongside new enemy variants, the update also improves enemy encounters with better abilities and new additions like Living Statues and enhanced Giant Eagles.
The update unlocks Mastery Tier 4, raising the level cap to 45 and adding new active and passive skills for each mastery. Eleven unique items have been added, alongside an expanded affix tier system for improved loot variety. Several quality-of-life changes, combat adjustments, and bug fixes round out the update, ensuring smoother progression and gameplay stability.

Titan Quest II is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by Grimlore Games and published by THQ Nordic. A sequel to Titan Quest, the game is set to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2026. It was released for PC via Early Access in August 2025.
