Tormented Souls 2 Update 1.3.2 Fixes Over 60 Issues, Resolves Major Softlocks, and Improves Stability

by Ali Haider

Dual Effect and PQube have officially released Update 1.3.2 for Tormented Souls 2, marking one of the most extensive patches since the game’s launch. This update resolves over 60 issues, including several notorious softlocks that have affected progression in key areas such as boss encounters, puzzles, and environmental transitions. Following a short beta phase, the patch has now been deployed across all platforms, with the developers also maintaining access to the previous version (v1.2) for players needing to revert due to rare save-related complications.

Among the highlights, Update 1.3.2 fixes multiple achievement unlock errors, restores proper elevator functionality across various locations, and addresses numerous animation, lighting, and input-related issues. Visual and audio adjustments bring greater polish to cutscenes and environmental effects, while localization corrections improve text accuracy across multiple languages. Though the developers continue to investigate several minor issues, this update represents a major step toward a smoother, more reliable survival horror experience.
