Triple-i Initiative Showcase Reveals 40 Games

by Greg Martin

The latest Triple-i Initiative showcase has wrapped up, delivering a wide-ranging presentation featuring 40 games from developers across the indie space, including new announcements, trailers, and updates on previously revealed projects.

This year’s event placed a strong emphasis on both fresh reveals and ongoing support for existing titles. Among the headline announcements was Don’t Starve Elsewhere, a brand new entry in Klei Entertainment’s survival series that introduces a new take on cooperative survival gameplay. Another notable reveal came from Lazy Bear Games with Graveyard Keeper 2, a sequel that expands on the original’s management and crafting systems with a larger setting and new mechanics.

Several established games also received new content announcements. Risk of Rain 2 is set to receive a new expansion titled Hallowed Concepts, which introduces additional regions, enemies, and gameplay elements. Meanwhile, Brotato is getting the Primal Dread DLC, bringing new enemies and gameplay variations, and Barotrauma will expand with the Home and Harbor update, adding outpost management and a new faction.

New projects were also a major focus throughout the showcase. Crop was introduced as a darker take on farming games, blending survival mechanics with a mystery-driven narrative. Similarly, Prove You’re Human offers a science fiction narrative centered on artificial intelligence and identity, while Lost Railway presents a cooperative horror experience set in a post-apocalyptic world.

In terms of release timing, several titles received concrete launch windows. Solarpunk is scheduled to arrive on June 8, 2026, across multiple platforms, while Lost Castle 2 is set for a full release on June 11. Early access dates were also confirmed for a number of games, including Alabaster Dawn on May 7, Dead as Disco on May 5, and Far Far West on April 28.
