Two Point Studios and SEGA Europe have released Zooseum, the latest and largest downloadable expansion for Two Point Museum. The DLC is now available across Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version planned for 2026. The studio describes Zooseum as a major content addition designed to introduce new mechanics centered around wildlife care, exhibit design, and conservation themed management systems.
Zooseum has added a new museum location in Silverbottom Park, featuring more than forty wildlife exhibits that include habitat enclosures and terrariums. This update introduces Wildlife Experts as a new category of staff, a new expedition map called the Farflung Isles, three interactive displays, and two types of animal-focused rooms. The content is organized around a new five-star campaign that combines exhibit building with visitor engagement progression systems. Additionally, a selection of cosmetic items and new gift shop products are included in this release.
Players who purchase Zooseum will receive a 10% discount during launch week on supported platforms. Additionally, the studio has released the Two Point Museum Soundtrack on Steam for £5.99, which includes 21 tracks from the game.
Two Point Studios announced a collaboration with the RSPCA scheduled for December 15 through December 19. The initiative is intended to raise awareness for the charity’s work and encourage player engagement during the promotional window. Specific fundraising mechanics have not been detailed publicly, though the studio states that participation within Zooseum will support the campaign.
Alongside the paid DLC, a free seasonal update titled Gingerbread Village is rolling out to players on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. The update provides a winter themed transformation of selected museum areas and introduces five new exhibits, multiple festive decorations, and new staff outfits. Three Points of Interest in the Bone Belt region’s Winter Town are included for exploration. The update is planned for a later release on Nintendo Switch 2.
