by Greg Martin

Two Point Studios and SEGA Europe have announced ZOOSEUM, the next downloadable content expansion for Two Point Museum. The new DLC introduces a wildlife-focused location that allows players to manage and care for a range of animal species while continuing to develop their museum exhibits.

According to the announcement, ZOOSEUM will invite players to take on the role of Wildlife Experts, responsible for rescuing, rehabilitating, and reintroducing various creatures into the wild. The expansion aims to blend traditional museum management with environmental and ecological themes, offering a fresh layer of gameplay variety to the Two Point series’ established formula.

While specific release details have not yet been confirmed, Two Point Studios indicated that more information about ZOOSEUM’s gameplay systems and launch date will be revealed in the coming weeks.

In addition to the new expansion, Two Point Museum is scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch 2 tomorrow. The release will allow players to access the full museum-building experience in portable form for the first time. The Switch 2 version retains the same gameplay found on PC and other consoles, providing an opportunity for players to design and manage their exhibits while on the go.

Two Point Museum follows the studio’s tradition of lighthearted simulation games, succeeding Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus. Since its initial release, the game has received updates and downloadable content expanding its creative and managerial features, with ZOOSEUM marking the second major DLC following the launch version.

Both the new DLC and the upcoming Switch 2 release demonstrate the developer’s ongoing support for Two Point Museum as it continues to grow its player base across platforms. Further announcements regarding release timing, pricing, and new gameplay features for ZOOSEUM are expected in the near future.
