Fatshark has released Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Hotfix #80 (version 1.9.4), focusing on refining class balance, fixing persistent crashes, and adjusting enemy health values. This update fine-tunes several abilities across all classes, ensuring a more even and fair gameplay experience. The Arbites, Veteran, Zealot, Psyker, and Ogryn classes all receive targeted tweaks to ability durations, cooldowns, and damage modifiers. These changes aim to address overperforming abilities and improve defensive and offensive build diversity.
Additionally, enemy balance has been modified with a notable reduction in Scab and Dreg Captain health to correct previous unintended increases. A series of stability fixes address multiple crash issues related to in-game icons, loadout screens, and equipment management. Cosmetic and animation improvements also enhance the visual quality of the game, with particular attention given to clipping issues and attack animation consistency.
