Owlcat Games has deployed Hotfix 1.4.1.217 for Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, addressing a series of disruptive bugs and stability problems. Key fixes include resolving major lag related to hidden companion familiars, preventing crashes during the Corrupted Cogitator battle, and correcting issues where Solomorne would fail to rejoin the party or lose his gear. The update also fixes progression-blocking problems in locations like Commorragh and Kiava Gamma, while enhancing companion visibility in key narrative scenes.
Additional improvements focus on visual glitches, dialogue bugs, respec mechanics, and loading issues. Notably, players without the related DLC will no longer see Solomorne’s quest in their journal, and a specific bug with Jae’s personal quest causing a softlock has been eliminated. Console players can expect the same patch rollout within 24 to 48 hours.
