Once you reach the statue displaying the aforementioned message, your objective is to do exactly what it says i.e. you need to look toward the horizon. In order to do this correctly, position your character in front of the statue and face outward toward the landscape. There is a specific spot near the statue where this interaction will register properly, so try aligning your character to the right side of the statue while facing the landscape.
The key to activating this hidden moment is using a specific emote at this spot. You can your emote wheel by pressing Y on the PC keyboard, tapping the left side of the DualSense controller’s touchpad on PS5, and by pressing the View button on the Xbox controller.
