Microsoft has outlined the latest additions to Xbox Game Pass, with several major releases scheduled across September 2025 and early October. The lineup includes returning favorites, day-one launches, and early access opportunities for upcoming titles.

Beginning October 2, subscribers will be able to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 early access beta. Available until October 8, the beta offers a preview of the multiplayer component ahead of the game’s full release on November 14. Early access will be available to Game Pass members and players who preordered the game.

Several titles are joining the service in mid-September. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and For the King II will both arrive on September 17, alongside Overthrown, a city-building title currently in game preview, and Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, a spinoff of the cooperative mining shooter. On September 18, Frostpunk 2 will expand from PC to Xbox Series X|S and cloud, while sandbox title Wobbly Life also becomes available across platforms.

Hades returns to Game Pass on September 19, coinciding with the fifth anniversary of its release. The award-winning rogue-like dungeon crawler allows players to attempt repeated escapes from the Underworld, with gameplay that evolves through each run. Also arriving in September are Endless Legend 2 in game preview (September 22), Sworn (September 23), and family-focused Peppa Pig: World Adventures (September 25).

Visions of Mana, the newest entry in Square Enix’s long-running series, launches on September 25 as a day-one addition. The action role-playing game follows protagonist Val and his companion Hinna on a journey to the Mana Tree, featuring fast-paced combat and expansive environments. Toward the end of the month, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light joins the library on September 30, followed by Sopa – Tale of the Stolen Potato on October 7.

Subscribers to Game Pass Core, the entry-level tier introduced in 2023, will see three additional titles added on October 1: Cities: Skylines – Remastered, Disney Dreamlight Valley, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

Alongside the new titles, updates and perks are being introduced. An early access trial for EA Sports FC 26 begins on September 19, giving players up to 10 hours of play. Meanwhile, Rainbow Six Siege adds a new cosmetic set through Game Pass Ultimate perks.

Several titles will leave the service on September 30, including Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor’s Edge, and the PC preview of Terra Invicta.
