Microsoft has detailed the final Xbox Game Pass additions for 2025, outlining a December lineup that includes new releases, high-profile titles, and several day one arrivals across multiple subscription tiers. The update marks the company’s only Coming Soon announcement for the month, with regular scheduling expected to resume in early 2026.
Several titles are available immediately, led by Lost Records Bloom and Rage. Developed by the creators of Life is Strange, the narrative focused game launches on cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S with support across Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass. The title follows a group of friends reconciling with events from their past, set across two timelines.
Beginning December 3, Monster Train 2 joins the service across cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S for Premium tier members. The strategy title follows an alliance of angels and demons resisting a group of Titans who have seized control of Heaven. Spray Paint Simulator, also arriving December 3, offers a design-focused experience built around a painting business with solo and cooperative play options.
Microsoft will add 33 Immortals in Game Preview form on December 4. The 33 player cooperative action roguelike allows participants to engage in large-scale encounters supported by instant matchmaking. That same day, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launches on cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. Set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, the first-person adventure focuses on an investigation tied to an ancient power. Routine, a first-person science fiction horror game set on a deserted lunar base, also enters the library on December 4 as a day one addition.
A Game About Digging a Hole arrives December 9 on cloud, handheld, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, while Death Howl enters on the same date for handheld and PC players. Death Howl combines elements of a soulslike and a deck building game, following a mother confronting spirits within a supernatural world. Dome Keeper, a mining focused action roguelike, is also planned for December 9.
Mortal Kombat 1 joins Game Pass on December 10. The fighting game reintroduces the series under a revised narrative framework led by Liu Kang and includes updated mechanics and modes. Bratz Rhythm and Style arrives December 11 across all major platforms supported by Game Pass.
Microsoft also highlighted titles that recently became available. These include CloverPit, a rogue-lite built around a risk and reward loop involving a slot machine, as well as Marvel Cosmic Invasion and the survival horror game Total Chaos. Young Suns, a multiplayer narrative life sim set in the Jovian system, has also been added through Game Preview.
Game Pass Essential subscribers will receive Stellaris, World War Z Aftermath, and Medieval Dynasty on December 3. Additional updates include new seasonal content for Sea of Thieves beginning December 11, the Bone Chill event in Dead by Daylight running December 9 through January 6, and Palworlds Home Sweet Home update on December 17. Several in-game bonuses are also available for PUBG Battlegrounds, Delta Force, and The Crew Motorfest.
Titles departing the service this month include Mortal Kombat 11, Still Wakes the Deep and Wildfrost on December 15, followed by Carrion and Hell Let Loose on December 31.
