Xbox Game Pass Marketing Teases a Game Reveal That a Lot of Fans Requested on February 5
Xbox Game Pass social media marketing team is teasing “A game a lot of you have been asking for” to be revealed on February 5th.
Xbox Game Pass February 2019 lineup hasn’t been officially confirmed by Microsoft. They do have some game announcement that they are planning to share on February 5th during the Inside Xbox event.
Today, the official social media account was updated and new profile information was posted there replacing the old one. It seems like this teases an upcoming game to the Xbox Game Pass lineup.
What is this mysterious game that is coming soon to live service? Is it some backward compatible game or a brand new blockbuster release that is coming soon. There are only two days left to figure it out before the official announcement happens.
This is not the first time the social media account has teased new games. First, a tweet showed the games lineup for Xbox Game Pass February 2019 but the names were blurred out. We have covered it here also speculating which one of the games will make it into the service.
Xbox Game Pass is a separate live service from Xbox Live Games With Gold. The latter offers free games that you can buy to own forever while the former is more of a Netflix for games that offer a selection of more than 200 titles to download and play at any time.
New games are added or removed every month and all future first party games published by Microsoft also launch on the live service. Crackdown 3 is one of the games that will be available on Xbox Game Pass when it launches on February 15.
