Monolith Soft is best known for their work on the Xenoblade series. They have also worked as a side-team on Nintendo related projected like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. They are again hiring for a new entry in The Legend of Zelda series.

Monolith Soft currently has two development teams which are working on separate projects. Their first team is the Xenoblade development team which started to hire at the end of last year after the release of the story expansion of Xenoblade 2. This development team could be working on another new game in the series.

The second development team for Monolith Soft has been hiring for a new project for a while now. From the description of the project, it looks like a fantasy game for which they started to hire beginning in 2017. Their current job listing is for the second project and requires programmers, designers, technical artists, and support staff. It is reportedly for a brand new Zelda game.

Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with the Nintendo Switch in March 2017. Since then, they haven’t shared any details on a new Zelda project aside from a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, which will be out later this year. It is possible that they are also working on a brand new 3D Zelda along with it.
