Come launch, Atlas Fallen players can choose between a quality mode, where the game will run at a native resolution of 4K and a frame rate of 30 fps, and a performance mode, which runs at a native resolution of 1440p and targets a frame rate of 60 fps. Additionally, on the Xbox Series S, the game will run at a “stable” 1080p and 60 fps.

Additionally, it was revealed that the game will have dynamic resolution scaling in effect on all three consoles, which will help to “keep the frame rate up in data-intensive situations.”

Developed by Deck13 Interactive and published by Focus Entertainment, Atlas Fallen, is an action role-playing game scheduled for release in August 2023. It will be available for Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and Series S. Players have the opportunity to create and personalize their own unique player avatar. Equipped with a remarkable ancient gauntlet, the player gains the power to manipulate sand, shaping it into formidable weapons. However, due to the limitation of carrying only two weapons at a time, players must strategically choose from three available options.

Unlike Deck13’s previous games, Atlas Fallen adopts a more traditional approach to action gameplay. Players must master the art of evading, countering, and blocking incoming attacks, all while seamlessly transitioning between ground and aerial combat. By skillfully tackling enemy encounters, players accumulate Momentum, a valuable resource. Upon reaching certain Momentum thresholds, the weapon the player is currently wielding will undergo a transformation, enabling the unleashing of devastating special skills and abilities to annihilate enemies.
