The latest update for Back to the Dawn, version 2.0.0.25, introduces a range of quality-of-life improvements and essential bug fixes. Players can now consume soda in batches, navigate improved UI prompts for the Supporter Pack DLC, and access reworked psychiatric evaluation features more easily. The update also enhances navigation within the Recreation Yard, making it simpler to use inspection doors and complete jump challenges during power outages.
Several issues have also been resolved, including bugs affecting the rooftop jailbreak sequence, lottery ticket bonuses, Mineworld’s infinite mode in segregation, and specific NPC behaviors on D19. These refinements aim to deliver a smoother and more immersive prison escape experience.

Optimization and Adjustments:
- Soda can now be consumed in batches.
- A new prompt for Supporter Pack DLC claim steps has been added to the main menu.
- The psychiatric evaluation option from Dr. Beth has been moved to the same floor as the injection and will no longer disappear after chatting.
- Inspection door functionality in the pipe area has been optimized. You can now unlock and use them freely from the Recreation Yard.
- The jumping conditions for the Recreation Yard’s sewer jump point have been changed. The challenge can now be attempted when the power is off.
Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the rooftop jailbreak could fail to trigger the glider component hiding action.
- Resolved an issue where Black Panther did not receive betting bonuses after purchasing 10 lottery tickets.
- Addressed a bug that prevented the infinite mode of “Mineworld” from being playable in segregation.
- Fixed abnormal behavior from Thomas and Bill when bathing at night on D19.
- Corrected the seating arrangement of prisoners in the church on D19 afternoon.
- Fixed an issue where battle defeat animations might not complete, leaving opponents standing.
- Resolved a bug where the “Not enough time” message appeared even after completing actions within the time limit.
