Batman: Arkham Shadow has recently received an official rating from the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). This rating provides detailed insights into the gameplay elements and content of the game, which is exclusive to the Meta Quest 3.

Batman: Arkham Shadow places players in the iconic role of Batman as he investigates a mysterious cult that is causing turmoil in Gotham City. The game is played from a first-person perspective, allowing for an immersive experience as players traverse the city, examine crime scenes, complete undercover missions, and engage in combat with various adversaries, including cultists, thugs, and police officers.

The combat in Batman: Arkham Shadow is described as melee-style, with players utilizing punches and kicks to defeat enemies. Additionally, players can perform silent takedowns by grabbing and choking enemies from behind. The combat sequences can become frenetic, featuring light effects, impact sounds, and audible cries of pain. While the game does depict some violence, it is accompanied by mild blood effects.
