Microsoft has revealed the first wave of titles joining Xbox Game Pass in November 2025, featuring an eclectic mix of major releases and inventive indie experiences. Among the highlights is Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, launching day one on Game Pass across cloud, console, and PC on November 14.

The announcement, shared via Xbox Wire, includes a number of notable additions arriving throughout the month, alongside updates and DLC expansions for existing titles in the library.

The biggest addition is Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, developed by Treyarch and Raven Software. The game introduces a co-operative campaign experience, 16 traditional multiplayer maps, and two large-scale 20v20 arenas at launch. It also continues the series’ signature Zombies mode, returning players to the Dark Aether storyline with a new round-based experience.

Earlier in the month, several day-one titles will expand the Game Pass catalog:

  • Dead Static Drive (November 5) – Described by its creators as “Grand Theft Cthulhu,” this surreal survival-horror road trip through 1980s Americana blends cosmic horror with small-town mystery.
  • Sniper Elite: Resistance (November 5) – A new installment in Rebellion’s stealth-action series, now featuring co-operative campaign play and enhanced sniping mechanics set in occupied France.
  • Egging On (November 6) – A physics-based platformer where players guide a fragile egg through perilous environments in a mix of humor and precision-based gameplay.
  • Whiskerwood (November 6, PC) – A strategy and city-building title where mice battle for independence under feline rule, emphasizing resource management and simulation depth.
  • Voidtrain (November 7) – A first-person crafting and exploration game set aboard an interdimensional train, playable solo or in online co-op.
  • Great God Grove (November 11) – A surreal puzzle adventure where players navigate a chaotic world of warring gods, strange creatures, and whimsical dialogue.
  • Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (November 11) – The cooperative action-adventure returns, allowing up to four players to solve puzzles and battle mythological enemies in Egyptian ruins.
  • Pigeon Simulator (November 11) – A co-op sandbox game where pigeons must investigate paranormal events and protect New Squawk City in a mix of absurd humor and teamwork.
  • Relic Hunters Legend (November 12) – A looter-shooter RPG emphasizing cooperative play, character builds, and galactic exploration.
  • Winter Burrow (November 12) – A cozy survival title where players guide a mouse through harsh winter conditions, gathering resources, crafting supplies, and befriending woodland creatures.

In addition to new titles, Game Pass subscribers will gain access to updates and DLC content. Age of Empires IV: Dynasties of the East launches today with four new civilizations, while Stellaris: Console Edition receives a 4K performance update for Xbox Series X|S on November 6. Lost in Random also introduces “The Eternal Die Wager’s Gauntlet,” featuring weekly challenges and new relics.

Microsoft confirmed that Blacksmith Master (Game Preview), Football Manager 2024 (both PC and Console Editions), Frostpunk, Spirittea, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl will leave Game Pass on November 15. Subscribers can purchase these titles at a 20% discount before their removal.
