Dave The Diver Godzilla Content Pack Drops With Update 1.07

Dave The Diver has received new free content that adds Godzilla to the game as part of the newly deployed patch 1.07.

The Godzilla content pack is available now with this patch. It adds the ability to have Godzilla in the game and fight him on the submarine. You can also collect the various monster figures that have been scattered across the Blue Hole.

Dave the Diver is a video game developed and published by Mintrocket in 2023. The game combines action-adventure and management gameplay, where players dive into deep-sea environments to collect ingredients for a sushi restaurant. Initially released in October 2022 for early access, the full version became available for macOS and Windows in June 2023, followed by a Nintendo Switch version in October 2023. Versions for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 were released on April 16, 2024.

In the game, players explore the depths of the Blue Hole during the day and manage a sushi restaurant at night. The gameplay loop is designed to be highly engaging. Players dive into the Blue Hole, which changes each time, using a harpoon and other weapons to catch fish and various sea creatures. The game also includes rogue-like elements where resources and profits from the restaurant are used to upgrade and forge equipment. Running out of oxygen during dives results in losing collected items and fish.
