Disney Dreamlight Valley Return to Beast’s Castle Update Adds Lumiere, Cogsworth, and Halloween Events

Gameloft has announced the Return to Beast’s Castle update for Disney Dreamlight Valley, scheduled to arrive on October 1, 2025. This free update reintroduces players to a familiar realm, where Lumiere and Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast join the Valley after a new questline. Alongside the duo, players can expect seasonal content including new Dream Bundles, the Witchful Thinking Star Path, and the return of the Trick or Treat event.

The patch also introduces multiple quality-of-life improvements, such as new Photo Mode poses, the ability to toggle Night Thorns, and a fresh Halloween Castle skin for Dream Castle. In addition, a wide range of bug fixes have been applied, targeting quest progression, companion behavior, and visual issues across platforms.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a life simulation adventure game developed by Gameloft Montreal and published by Gameloft. Players build a magical village populated by Disney and Pixar characters, restoring their memories and unlocking new adventures. First launched in early access in 2022 and fully released on December 5, 2023, the game has grown into a premium live service experience with regular updates and expansions.
