Details regarding the review embargo for Bethesda Game Studios and id Software’s upcoming first-person shooter, Doom: The Dark Ages, have been revealed.
Fans of the dark fantasy/sci-fi series can look forward to hearing what critics have to say about the prequel to 2016’s Doom, where returning protagonist, the Doom Slayer, is the last hope of a kingdom fighting against the forces of Hell in a techno-medieval setting.
What Is the Review Embargo Date for Doom: The Dark Ages?
VGC’s Jordan Middler took to Blue Sky to share that he’s reviewing Doom: The Dark Ages, and that the review embargo for the upcoming first-person shooter is expected to be lifted on May 9, 2025, at 7 AM PDT / 10 AM EDT / 3 PM BST / 4 PM CEST, four days ahead of launch.
