EA Sports FC 26 Update 1.5.1 Brings Career Mode Fixes and Ultimate Team Improvements

EA Sports FC 26 update 1.5.1 delivers a range of fixes across multiple modes, with particular attention given to Ultimate Team and Career Mode. A key adjustment resolves an issue with squad filtering, ensuring player positions are now correctly prioritized when building squads or completing SBCs.

Career Mode receives several refinements, including UI improvements, corrected player visuals, and more reliable scouting data. Additional updates across Clubs and general presentation elements, alongside stability fixes, round out what is a focused but meaningful patch.

Ultimate Team

  • Fixed Squad and SBC filter defaulting to Any instead of the highlighted player position when adding or swapping Player Items

Career Mode

  • Refined injury duration selection in the Injuries and Suspensions menu
  • Improved visibility of qualification zones in competition standings within Deeper Sim

  • Addressed unavailable league selections in certain challenges when replacing teams
  • Corrected players incorrectly appearing out of position in match preview screens
  • Fixed Scout reports occasionally showing incorrect attribute values

  • Adjusted Match Rating calculation logic for CAMs to prevent inflated ratings

General Audio and Visual

  • Updated various crests, banners, scarves, flags, scenes, camera angles, overlays, celebrations, text, hair, ad boards, and cinematics

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed multiple stability issues that could occur during gameplay

EA Sports FC 26 launched on September 26, 2025, and is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and EA App, as well as Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
