Fallout 3 Remastered Mentioned in New McFarlane Toy Listing

A new product listing from McFarlane Toys has sparked fresh speculation about a possible Fallout 3 Remastered announcement. The reference appears in an upcoming toy entry that specifically mentions the remastered version of the game.

According to a listing spotted by users online, one of the upcoming figures is described as “ELITE EDITION 7IN – FALLOUT 3 REMASTERED – #13 T-45B NUKA COLA.” The discovery was first highlighted by Reddit user FredOnToast on the Fallout subreddit, where fans quickly began discussing the possibility that the remaster may be closer to being officially revealed.

While the toy manufacturer has not confirmed the listing publicly, the information reportedly comes from an online retailer that often publishes product catalogs ahead of official announcements.

Bethesda has not officially announced Fallout 3 Remastered. However, rumors about the project have circulated for several years. Interest in the possibility increased following the release of The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remastered in 2025, which launched without prior announcement.

Earlier internal Microsoft documents that surfaced during the FTC trial had listed a Fallout 3 remaster in the company’s release roadmap, originally targeting a fiscal 2024 window. That timeline ultimately passed without an announcement, leading many to believe the project may have been delayed or reworked.

Speculation intensified again in early 2026 after support studio Iron Galaxy shared images from a company meeting that appeared to include Fallout-related assets before later downplaying the significance of the images.

Originally released on October 28, 2008, Fallout 3 marked the series’ shift into a fully 3D open world experience, placing players in a devastated version of Washington, D.C. The game remains playable on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, with backward compatibility support allowing it to run on newer Xbox systems.

Although nothing has been confirmed by Bethesda, the appearance of the “Fallout 3 Remastered” name in a commercial product listing has added another piece to the growing pile of hints suggesting the project may eventually surface.
