SNK has unveiled Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season 3, confirming six more downloadable fighters as the game’s next wave of post-launch content begins. The update kicks off with Rick Strowd, who joins the roster on July 23.
Season 3 introduces a new overarching theme, “Destined for Revenge,” replacing Season 2’s “Legends Unleashed.” According to SNK, monthly updates will continue to expand the game with new characters, stages and additional content.
The confirmed Season 3 DLC lineup includes:
- Rick Strowd – July 2026
- Duck King – August 2026
- Kim Kaphwan – September 2026
- Mystery character – October 2026
- Laocorn – November 2026
- Mystery character – December 2026
SNK said further details on the two unannounced fighters will be revealed at a later date.
Alongside the Season 3 announcement, the publisher confirmed a change to its DLC model. Characters that were previously exclusive to Season Passes are now available for individual purchase through supported storefronts. SNK also said the Legend Edition is now available at a lower price.
Released on April 24, 2025, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season 3 continues post-launch support for SNK’s fighting game, which is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
