The FBC: Firebreak 1.4 patch focuses on refining audio and interface elements, enhancing how critical information is conveyed during gameplay. Weapon sounds, movement cues, and enemy spawn alerts have been adjusted for sharper feedback and better spatial clarity. The update also improves ambient sounds and addresses intrusive audio elements for smoother gameplay. User interface updates enhance HUD readability, streamline tutorial prompts, and fix several bugs related to objective tracking, menu navigation, and multilingual text display.
Visual effects and graphics have also been improved with new damage indicators, enemy effects, and fixes for persistent visual glitches. Player movement reliability has been enhanced, addressing edge cases where players could get stuck or fall out of bounds. FBC: Firebreak is a first-person shooter developed and published by Remedy Entertainment. Released on 17 June 2025 for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S, it is set six years after the events of Control and features Remedy’s first multiplayer experience.
