One of the prominent titles to be leaving the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog in January, 2023, is Bound by Flame. It is a fantasy-themed action role-playing game that was released on 9 May 2014. In Bound by Flame, the player assumes the role of a demonic possession victim who must decide whether to accept the evil powers on offer or reject them in favor of honing their heroic abilities.

Players can pick and edit one of three preset character models when creating their own hero. Bound by Flame will present a variety of quests as part of its main adventure through several chapters. Some chapters will offer different scenarios and a different experience based on the choices made by the player.
