PlayStationSize on Twitter/X has revealed the schedule and file size for the Gears of War: Reloaded Multiplayer Beta on PS5, courtesy of recent database entries made to PlayStation servers. The Beta client will take up a modest amount of storage space. Nevertheless, those with limited available space on their console’s internal storage drive are advised to clear up some space in advance. It goes without saying that storage expansion options are available for those who need them.

The Gears of War: Reloaded Multiplayer Beta client will likely be available for download on the PlayStation Store around the time it begins at 7 PM UTC on June 13, 2025. It will come with the latest update pre-installed. Those playing the game on PS5 can only secure a spot in the Multiplayer Beta by pre-ordering the game. However, in addition to pre-ordering, access will also available to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, PC Game Pass members, and those who already own Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for Xbox and PC platforms.
