Ghost of Yōtei Update 1.008 Rolls Out With Additional Bug Fixes

by Ali Haider

Sucker Punch has deployed another update for Ghost of Yōtei, following closely after a recent hotfix. While the day one patch addressed a large number of issues, players continued to encounter smaller problems that required additional fixes. Version 1.008 aims to resolve these lingering concerns and ensure smoother gameplay.

One of the most notable problems reported involved the Zeni Hajiki mini-game, where coins would disappear beneath the table texture. Although players could still interact with them, the bug made the mini-game practically unplayable. This latest update continues the studio’s effort to address such issues swiftly, though detailed patch notes remain limited.

Full Patch Notes

  • Fixed a rare crash that could happen during a Wolf Den mission in Gun Valley.
  • Fixed a rare crash that could happen when moving the camera around during combat while using the lock-on feature.
  • Fixed a crash that could cause Ghost of Yotei to crash after sitting idle for more than 1 hour.

Gameplay
