Marvel Rivals has received its October 29, 2026, update, introducing the Night of Illusions event alongside new character bundles, cosmetics, and visual effects. The limited-time event challenges players to explore five mysterious rooms, solve puzzles, and earn rewards, including Gallery Cards, Units, and Sprays. Several new bundles featuring Winter Soldier, Storm, and Iron Man are also arriving in the Store.
The update also addresses a range of bugs affecting heroes, maps, and the user interface. Fixes include an issue that could send Gorr outside the map, a costume clipping problem for Rogue, and a bug affecting Black Cat’s Ultimate Ability keybind. Additional improvements resolve problems with returning to Times Square, Store navigation, Invisible Woman’s stealth, and Moon Knight’s Ankh placement in Blood Hunt mode.

Hero Fixes
- Gorr: Fixed an issue where Gorr could fly entirely out of the map when using Shadow Harvest immediately after generating a Black Berserker.
- Rogue: Fixed a model clipping issue with her X-Men ’97 Season 2 costume, which caused her left arm to clip through her cape when walking backwards.
- Black Cat: Fixed an issue where the overhead icon for her Fatal Weaver costume could disappear when using the Binding Ties Team-Up ability with Spider-Man.
- Black Cat: Fixed an issue where the Q key could activate the second phase of her Ultimate Ability even when the ability had been assigned to a different key.
- Invisible Woman: Fixed an issue where using other abilities would not always break her stealth after entering it through Veiled Step.
Map Fixes
- Times Square: Fixed an issue where players who entered a match from Times Square and selected One More Round on the post-match summary screen could not return to Times Square after the next match ended.
Other Fixes and Optimizations
- Store Interface: Fixed an issue where the secondary navigation bar could shift off-screen after completing all Pop & Wins when no subtitle was displayed beneath the Store title.
- Blood Hunt Mode: Fixed an issue where equipping Moon Knight’s Ankh-specific build without selecting any Traits could prevent him from placing an Ankh during a match.
