2K has officially unveiled Season 7 for NBA 2K26, bringing a fresh wave of MyCAREER, MyTEAM, and The W content inspired by the conclusion of the NBA postseason and the beginning of a new WNBA campaign. The update introduces new rewards, themed cosmetics, additional player builds, and high-tier MyTEAM cards led by a Level 40 G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan reward.
Season 7 places a strong focus on WNBA star and NBA 2K26 cover athlete Angel Reese, who is featured heavily throughout the new content rollout. In MyCAREER, players can compete in the new Rivet City Park while climbing through 40 seasonal levels filled with unlockable rewards. Featured items include a Dune Buggy vehicle at Level 18, the Cleveland Cavaliers’ mascot “Moondog” at Level 19, an Angel Reese-themed shirt at Level 36, and a +1 Cap Breaker reward at Level 40.
The season also introduces a new lineup of NBA Builds inspired by well-known two-way players, including Gary Payton, Klay Thompson, Jaylen Brown, Evan Mobley, and Chet Holmgren. Alongside them are Community Builds created by NBA 2K creators, featuring archetypes designed around scoring, defense, and interior playstyles.
MyTEAM receives another major content drop in Season 7, highlighted by the addition of Invincible, 100 OVR, and G.O.A.T. tier player cards. Rewards throughout the progression track include an Invincible Angel Reese card at Level 1, Dark Matter cards for Wendell Carter Jr. and Norman Powell, a 100 OVR John Stockton card at Level 30, and an Invincible Ben Wallace reward at Level 35. Players who reach Level 40 will unlock a G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan card with shooting guard and small forward eligibility.
2K is also continuing support for its paid seasonal progression system with the Season 7 Pro Pass and Hall of Fame Pass. These optional purchases unlock an additional 40 reward levels featuring cosmetics, animations, mascots, and premium MyTEAM content. Automatic rewards include a 100 OVR Stephen Curry card, while the top-tier Level 40 Pro Pass reward grants a special G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan card with point guard eligibility.
The W mode is also receiving seasonal updates tied to the WNBA regular season. Weekly rewards include themed accessories, arm sleeves, boosts, and cosmetic items, while season-long rewards feature Atlanta Dream content, Badge Perks, Badge Elevators, clothing bundles, and 5,000 VC.
According to 2K, Season 7 is designed to celebrate both the closing stretch of the NBA season and the beginning of a new chapter in the WNBA, while offering players new progression rewards and competitive content across all major game modes.
