SEGA has released version 4.12 of Persona 5: The Phantom X on mobile and PC, adding Fuuka Yamagishi from Persona 3 Reload as a new 5-star character. The update also introduces the Met by Moonlight: Guiding Light special event, which continues the Persona 3 Reload crossover story and adds new activities and missions.
The new story takes Wonder and his allies back into Tartarus after they receive a broken transmission from one of Makoto Yuki’s teammates. The group reunites with Fuuka Yamagishi, who reveals that several members are still missing. Their search eventually leads them back to Iwatodai Strip Mall, where they find Junpei Iori trying to communicate with residents who are no longer responding.
The event adds Fuuka’s side story in Tartarus, along with Iwatodai Strip Mall as a new location for City Life activities. Players can visit Hagakure Ramen and Wakatsu Kitchen, while new missions tied to the area offer Meta Jewels and character training materials as rewards.
The Met by Moonlight: Guiding Light event runs until November 12, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.
Fuuka Yamagishi Joins Persona 5: The Phantom X
Fuuka is available through the Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contract: All-Seeing Eye, which features increased recruitment rates for selected characters. As an Elucidator, she uses her Oracle Shift ability to call allies into battle, allowing players to adjust their strategies based on which character enters the fight.
Her abilities include boosting damage, strengthening the party, and healing allies. Fuuka also provides a range of buffs and healing support, giving players additional options when building their teams.
The All-Seeing Eye contract remains available until November 26, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.
Persona 5: The Phantom X Update Campaigns
SEGA is also running a login campaign alongside the update. Players who log in for seven days during the event period will receive seven Platinum Milicoins, which can be used for Arms Deals. The login bonus is available until November 12, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.
Players can also claim 600 Meta Jewels as a gift celebrating the update and thanking viewers of the official broadcast. However, the gift was only available until October 29, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC.
