Brand new screenshots from S-GAME’s upcoming action role-playing game, Phantom Blade Zero, have been revealed by the developer.
A new post on the official Instagram page for Phantom Blade Zero has announced that developer S-GAME will be hosting a party at Beijing on July 26, 2025. It is also mentioned that a major hands-on demo featuring map exploration, storytelling, and the game’s signature fast-paced combat will be available at the event.
S-GAME has invited all fans and creators from across the world to join the event and spend some hands-on time with Phantom Blade Zero. The event takes place at the museum and cultural landmark of Beijing, which also hosted the 2022 Winter Olympics.

The Instagram post is accompanied by three brand new screenshots from Phantom Blade Zero, showcasing protagonist and elite assassin Soul taking on a variety of enemies. The images can be seen below.
Phantom Blade Zero is said to be designed to meet true next-gen standards, and it shows in its enhanced textures, models, and lighting. According to developer S-GAME, the PS5 version runs at a smooth and stable frame rate. It has has also been confirmed that the title will support the PS5 Pro. It isbeing developed in Unreal Engine 5, and it will leverage . It is said to have a “significant budget” that the development team is using to “push the boundaries even further”. The studio claims to offer a “generational leap in action gaming.”
The action role-playing game is said to be inspired by Hong Kong martial arts films of the 1980s and 1990s as well as the philosophies and techniques of traditional Chinese martial arts. It features combo-oriented action, with fast and fluid combat. Players will have the flexibility of being able to block, parry and dodge incoming enemy attacks. The game also features multi-phase boss battles.
