Rise of the Ronin Update 1.03 Drops With Important Bug Fixes

Koei Tecmo has released Rise of the Ronin update 1.03 today bringing some important gameplay and bug fixes to the game.

Notable improvements include resolving an issue where players were inadvertently sent back to Yokohama after participating in online multiplayer sessions, preventing them from returning to Edo. With this update, saved data affected by this issue will be rectified.

Additionally, the update addresses an issue related to treasure chests found at Chiba Dojo and the Military Academy in Edo. Previously, these chests would appear open before being discovered, resulting in the collection rate not increasing as intended.

Furthermore, a bug affecting the functionality of rifles has been addressed. Previously, there was an issue where rifles could become unusable when players attempted to change arrow/earthenware ball/file pipe types while simultaneously switching their secondary weapon to a rifle. With the implementation of update 1.03, saved data impacted by this issue will also be corrected.
