“We’re listening to your feedback and working hard to further optimize PC performance. Today we released a new PC update that improves PSO caching and further reduces any stuttering issues. Additional PC and console optimizations are in the works now. Stay tuned, ” reads the tweet from the developers.

More optimization is planned for the game at a later date. They will continue to tweak the performance of the game. If you are facing any issues with the performance of The Callisto Protocol, you can also take a look at our best settings guide.

The Callisto Protocol is a brand-new survival horror game from Striking Distance Studios. It is being developed under Glenn Schofield who has worked as a co-creator of the Dead Space series. While Dead Space itself is getting a remake set to launch in early 2023, The Callisto Protocol is already out and available to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.

It is one of the most visually striking games on the current-generation consoles and runs well for the most part on PS5 and Xbox Series. Some issues exhibit for the game on the Xbox Series X like the lack of ray-tracing, but these are supposedly getting fixed in an upcoming update.
