The First Descendant Hotfix 1.2.11 Enhances Sigma Sector, Void Erosion Purge, and UI Improvements

by Ali Haider

Nexon has released Hotfix 1.2.11 for The First Descendant, bringing a range of improvements, adjustments, and bug fixes across multiple gameplay aspects. This update enhances Sigma Sector missions by reducing the height of certain enemies and increasing the number of mission attempts, while Void Erosion Purge receives increased rewards, a reduced death penalty, and a lower time restriction, making the mode more rewarding. Additionally, visual fatigue has been minimized in several areas, including the teleportation effects of key commander monsters and the Purifying Blaze effect from Serena’s Divine Surge module.

The patch also introduces enhancements to UI navigation, including improved shop navigation hotkeys and better organization of related items. Several issues have been addressed, such as incorrect stat values on certain modules, visual animation glitches for characters like Valby, and display errors in various game menus. Alongside these improvements, new sub-quests have been added under the Descendant Instructor menu, and interaction improvements have been made for weapons and modules. Players can now expect a smoother experience with better optimization and clearer UI functionality.
