Dragon Ball Project Z Action RPG First Look Trailer and Details Revealed

Bandai Namco has shared the first look at the Dragon Ball Project Z Action RPG. It is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2019.

The game appears to be story-focused and made the debut with a trailer that showcased some interesting anime visuals. Get a look at the first trailer and more details below.

Dragon Ball Project Z Action RPG is basically a retelling of the original story arc. The official story summary calls it a tale of “Determination, Despair, and Hope” and the chance to “Discover the story of the mysterious Dragon Balls.”

In this epic retelling, Dragon Ball fans will be able to play through the legendary adventures of the Saiyan named Kakarot… better known as Goku—recounting the beloved story of Dragon Ball Z like never before.

Players will experience Goku’s quest for power, his thirst for a challenge and, above all, his desire to protect Earth from the most fearsome of villains.

Developed in partnership with CyberConnect2, the game (with full title to be announced) will launch in 2019 featuring both Japanese and English voiceovers.

This game will be developed by CyberConnect2 and it is currently set to launch on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. There was no mention of a Nintendo Switch version.
