Final Fantasy 7 Remake Chocobos Location: How To Complete ‘Chocobos Search” Quest

One of the many sidequests in Final Fantasy 7 Remake deals with Chocobos and finding out their locations. Here’s a guide to help you locate all of them.

Chocobos are used to travel between different places and they work as a fast-travel system in the new Final Fantasy 7 Remake. In the Chocobos Search quest, you will have to find three missing Chocobos and tag along with Cloud, Barret, and Tifa.

How To Complete “Chocobos Search” Sidequest In Final Fantasy 7 Remake

This sidequest is found in Chapter 14. During this chapter, you will have to find a stable hand in sector 5. In total, you have to find three Chocobos here. They are not that hard if you have already been exploring the slums.

This Chocobo can be found outside the church in sector 5. You can recognize this place easily since an important scene between Cloud and Aerith takes place here. To make the Chocobo return to its owner, you will need to feed it tasty greens.
The second Chocobo is found in the outskirts of sector 5. This Chocobo won’t be accessible until you fight and beat the Rust Drake enemy. You can fight the enemy near the graveyard in a place that is called “Nuts n Bolts Hills”.
The third Chocobo is located in the collapsed expressway. While this is a straightforward path to the Chocobo, you will face some enemies along the way that have to be defeated for the Chocobo to return to its master.

After going through the hassle of finding the three different missing Chocobos, you will get a “Delivery Service Pass”. This will act as fast travel for your party. You can use it to move between the different locations in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
