Disney has revealed the first poster for The Liong King (2019) movie and it is easily one of the best movie posters for any film that was officially released by Disney.
The Lion King (2019) is a full remake of the animated original. It is following the footsteps of similar remakes like The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, and upcoming ones including Disney’s Aladdin, and Dumbo. It is basically a CGI-laden movie where everything will be pre-rendered but given the look of a live-action movie.

Disney revealed the first poster of The Lion King today. It is quite artistic and features Simba and his father on the cover. It is a nice throwback to the original animated film which had s similar scene with the sunset in the background.
The Lion King will be directed by Jon Favreau. The film stars the voices of Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Billy Eichner, John Oliver, Keegan-Michael Key, Beyoncé, John Kani, and James Earl Jones.
Jon Favreau has previously worked on a similar film with The Jungle Book which featured pre-rendered animals mixed in with the live-action cast. There won’t be any human characters in The Lion King but the movie will feature realistic visuals as opposed to the animated style of the original.
The Lion King will hit theatres on July 19. 2019.
