The seventh season of Apex Legends is currently ongoing, and players can jump into the game right now to participate in the brand new Fight Night Collection Event.
During this, they can get their hands on a number of different unique cosmetics that are all a part of the Fight Night Collection. The most valuable of all these collectibles is the ultra rare Gibraltar’s Heirloom Set, which is not exactly exclusive to the event, but it is significantly more manageable to acquire during it.
Apex Legends Gibraltar’s Heirloom Guide
There are two different ways you can get Gibraltar’s Heirloom Set, but unfortunately neither of them are exactly easy or cheap.
The first method is to purchase the event-exclusive Fight Night packs that are available for 700 Apex Coins, each of which will give out one Fight Night collection cosmetic and two cosmetics from the normal loot table.
You might get the heirloom set after opening a few packs, but there’s also a chance you might just have a bad stroke of luck and have to open quite a few of them in order to get it.
But Apex Legends does protect players from duplicate drops, so at the very least, you are guaranteed all cosmetic items during the event if you open up a minimum of 24 Fight Night packs. For those wondering, that could potentially mean a 16800 Apex Coin investment.
The second method is clearly intended for those with either a lot of time, or very heavy wallets.
Each and every regular Apex Pack in the game has a less than 1% chance of dropping Heirloom Shards, which is an extremely rare form of currency that can only be acquired through this method.
If you’re lucky enough to get these shards, you can buy any one Heirloom Set with them directly, even if the collection event related to that set is long over.
