The gameplay reveal for EA Motive’s forthcoming Dead Space remake is scheduled to happen on October 4, 2022.
The schedule of the gameplay reveal for the Dead Space remake was confirmed via a Dead Space ARG, which is part of a larger ARG. It included a couple of things, such as a lengthy video of “Security Footage” in the USG Ishimura. However, as it turns out, this was the beginning of this Dead Space ARG, and it unlocked the first node.

An Instagram account called “thebench” was created as an official part of the aforementioned ARG revealed that there are 12 nodes in total. The solution of the first node shows that the Dead Space Remake gameplay reveal is coming up on October 4, 2022. The exact time of the reveal was not hinted at in the ARG, however.
Dead Space is an upcoming survival horror game developed by Motive Studio and published by Electronic Arts. It is slated for release on January 27, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X, and is a remake of the 2008 game of the same name developed by EA Redwood Shores. This is the only entry in the Dead Space series ever since the release of Dead Space 3 in 2013.
The game keeps the same fundamental storyline seen in the original. The story, which takes place in the 26th century, focuses on engineer Isaac Clarke, who is a member of a crew on a repair vessel assigned to the USG Ishimura, a sizable planetary mining ship that has stopped operating. The crew of the ship is attacked by mutated human corpses while responding to a distress call sent by Nicole Brennan, the ship’s medical officer and Isaac’s girlfriend. Isaac is left to fend for himself as he tries to save the remaining crew members and uncover the truth behind the loss of Ishimura.
