Diablo IV Update 3.1.1 Build #72805 is now available on all platforms, bringing a broad range of bug fixes and gameplay improvements. The patch primarily focuses on the Season of Death Awakening, increasing rewards, improving progression, and resolving several issues affecting seasonal activities.
The update also includes class-specific fixes across both the expansion and base game, adjustments to Mythic item acquisition, multiple loot fixes, and a wide range of performance, stability, and visual improvements.

Season of Death Awakening
- Added the Seasonal Reputation Board to Temis.
- Deathtoll Chambers now always reward at least one Superior Lair Key on higher Torment levels.
- Corrupted Reaper now drops up to two Pandemonium Fragments, with rewards scaling by Torment level.
- Repeatable Glints of Hope Reputation Rewards now guarantee a Pandemonium Fragment.
- Reduced the Horadric Cube Upgrade to Mythic recipe cost from five to four Pandemonium Fragments.
- Fixed an issue where the Season Rank objective Terrorize The Night failed to progress.
- Fixed an issue where the Artificer’s Obelisk displayed a beta tag.
- Fixed a clipping issue affecting Gloamstrider’s Barding Mount Armor.
- Fixed an issue where the Nemesis Lair could fail to trigger inside the Corrupted Reaper’s Boss Lair.
- Fixed an issue where only one party member received Tower rewards.
- Fixed an issue where part of the map failed to load in the Dark Refuge dungeon.
- Fixed an issue where Tower Halo rewards appeared inverted.

- Fixed an issue where Stinger could sometimes deal more damage than intended.
- Fixed an issue where Fiery Soul visual effects appeared excessively large.
- Fixed an issue where Wyrdskin gloves failed to appear on the character model.
Warlock
- Improved clarity for the selected Warlock Soul Shard.
- Fixed an issue where the Brutal Aspect tooltip incorrectly calculated bonus preview above 100 percent Attack Speed.
- Fixed an issue where Fulcrum of Mefis Talisman Set stacks were removed if dead enemies attacked summoned demons.
- Fixed an issue where the Mefis set failed to activate its two-piece bonus from damage transferred by the three-piece bonus.
- Fixed an issue where two-piece Flesh of Abbadon stacks could be removed incorrectly.
War Plans
- Fixed an issue where Wretched Vermin could appear in towns during Helltides.
- Fixed an issue where Colossal Foe and Malignant Invasion mutators prevented bosses from dropping loot.
- Fixed an issue where Whispers Ambushes failed to drop loot.
- Fixed an issue where the Corrupted Reaper failed to gain power from Mutators.
- Fixed an issue where Planar Tremors affected Chaos Rift monsters.
- Fixed an issue where Marks of El’Druin could not be pinned in the Currency tab.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where Invasion Portals could spawn on top of each other.
- Fixed an issue where Rathma could become stuck during the quest A Blade’s Weight.
- Added El’Druin, Sword of Justice to the Blacksmith’s Mythic Unique Cache.
Base Game
Barbarian
- Fixed an issue where the Challenging Shout Bawl Variant decayed more than intended.
Druid
- Fixed an issue where toggled skills could gain more damage than intended from the Storm Shepherd’s Call Talisman Set.
Rogue
- Fixed an issue where Shadow Clone triggered additional Shrine effects, including spawning extra Soul Eaters in the Deathtoll Chamber.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where Pangs of Duriel could spawn in the wrong location during the Duriel encounter.
- Fixed an issue preventing certain Unique item sources, including Lair Bosses, from dropping Mythic items.
- Increased the chance for naturally dropped Mythics to become Iconic Mythics.
- Fixed various incorrect wardrobe icons.
- Implemented various performance and stability improvements.
- Fixed various clipping and texture issues.
